Hello, my name is Paula Guirao, I am 13 years old and I am a student at IES Mediterráneo, in Cartagena.

I am writing to you becouse I'd like that people don't have to pay for parking cars, of the streets, hospitals, shopping centres....

I also write to you becouse I'd like that in cartagena, the people don't have to pay the books of the school and the materials are cheaper, with this idea more people beable to study easily.
